Carriage House Conference Center:

Built on the 1911 foundation of Goodwood's original carriage house and stables this new building, surrounded by brick terraces and walkways, is the perfect venue for meetings, conferences, retreats, symposiums and weddings. The 4,200 square foot main assembly room seats 280 guests, and the building offers a warming kitchen, custom built hospitality/conference check-in stations, a Bride's room/Green room, 12 restrooms and state-of-the-art audio/visual systems.

Jubilee:

Jubilee is a lovely cottage featuring one large room, a small kitchen, an anteroom and a restroom. This is the ideal setting for staff retreats, baby showers, bridal showers, and teas, art exhibits, education seminars, music presentations, birthday parties, and small special events. You can seat 56 people at 60 inch round tables.

8 am - 5pm: $55/hour with a two hour minimum, including set up time.
5 pm - 10 pm: Up to 50 people: $300; 51-75 people: $400; 76-100 people: $550

Laundry Cottage:

This facility is just the right spot for Board meetings and small educational programs. The building has a kitchen and one restroom. Twenty-seven (27) people can be comfortably seated at three, 60 inch round tables.

Year around
Weekday: $40/hour with a two hour minimum, including set up time
Evenings/Weekend: $45/hour with a two hour minimum, including set up time
